So I cleaned my room up and took down all of the old Laura's things.
Its a whole new world! I have decided to be done feeling sorry for myself and living in the past. The old Laura was way to focused on what she did wrong yesterday the new Laura thinks only about what I can do better tomorrow.
Today was my first day in relief society it was amazing and I really enjoyed it.
I was reading in my scriptures (in Alma 22:18) Aaron is teaching the king. The king bows down and prays he says"wilt thou make thyself known unto me? and I will give away all my sins to know thee"
I just love that I will give away all my sins to know my God.
As long as he is with me I can go anywhere be anyone.
The new Laura doesn't let a day go by without praying and reading her scriptures.
Goals for tomorrow.
- Read scriptures
- Pray
- Study for test
- Eat well
- Clean room
- Treat everyone kindly
- Do sit ups.
